Every order is completed in a WhatsApp chat with us, so you can ask questions, see more photos and confirm your fit before you pay.

Please confirm availability before payment. Our collection is updated regularly as new styles arrive, and available sizes and colours change. Saved or screenshotted a product from an earlier post? Send it to us on WhatsApp. We'll check if it's still available.

    Add to bag & send

    Add everything you want to your bag, then tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. The chat opens with each item’s name, code, size, colour and price already included.

    Confirm availability

    Send the message and we’ll confirm that your preferred size, colour or piece is available before you make payment.

    Pay & receive

    We send the payment details once your order is confirmed. Confirm payment on or before the cutoff and your order goes out in the next Monday or Friday batch.

Orders confirmed on or before Wednesday, 6 PM go in the Monday batch; on or before Saturday, 6 PM, the Friday batch. Orders confirmed after the cutoff automatically move to the next available batch. How delivery works

How do I place an order?

Browse the collection, choose your size and colour, and add the items you want to your bag. Open your bag and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”, and your product details will be sent into the chat. We’ll confirm your preferred size, colour or piece is available before you proceed with payment.

Yes. Please confirm item availability, size and style with us on WhatsApp before making payment. Payment details are provided only after your order has been confirmed.

When do orders close?

All Nigeria orders are processed in two fixed weekly delivery batches. For the Monday batch (orders placed Sunday–Wednesday), the cutoff is Wednesday at 6:00 PM. For the Friday batch (orders placed Thursday–Saturday), the cutoff is Saturday at 6:00 PM.

When will I receive my Nigerian order?

Orders confirmed on or before Wednesday at 6:00 PM go out in the Monday batch. Orders confirmed on or before Saturday at 6:00 PM go out in the Friday batch.

In Port Harcourt, your order is delivered on your scheduled batch day. For other states, it’s dispatched on your scheduled batch day, with delivery typically taking an additional 2–3 transit days, depending on location.

What happens if I order after the cutoff?

Orders confirmed after the cutoff automatically move to the next available batch: after Wednesday at 6:00 PM to the Friday batch, and after Saturday at 6:00 PM to the next Monday batch.

What sizes are available?

Available sizes vary by product. Our footwear generally ranges from EU 36 to 50, with the available sizes displayed on the individual product page where applicable. Check our Size Guide, or confirm your preferred size with us on WhatsApp before payment.

What if the size or colour I want is no longer available?

We’ll let you know before payment if your preferred size or colour is unavailable. You can also ask us about available alternatives.

I have a screenshot of an older product. Can I still order it?

You can send the screenshot to us on WhatsApp and we’ll check current availability. Our collection changes quickly, and older styles may no longer be available in your preferred size or colour.

What is your exchange/return policy?

We accept returns when the wrong size or colour is delivered due to an error on the part of El Davon Collection.

To qualify, the item must be returned within 48 hours of receipt, remain unworn and in its original condition, and be returned with its packaging bag. Where the error is ours, El Davon Collection will cover the return logistics cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges where the incorrect size, colour or product was selected by the customer.
